Upon receipt of inventory, we offer detail oriented inspection for any faulty or defective products. Seller is notified immediately of damaged products via email with attached photos. Your items are then prepped and shipped according to Amazon specifications and guidelines. A shipment plan is then prepared by us or by you. The products are then boxed, labeled and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Many shipments are shipped the same day of receipt.
